Entitled simply ‘New EP,’ the new 6-track EP from Norwegian act Remington Super 60 showcases their hooky pop smarts. It was founded by the group’s songwriter and bedroom producer Christoffer Schou in late 1998.
Their sound has alternated throughout the years, while always being inspired by Christoffer’s musical heroes Burt Bacharach, Brian Wilson, and Velvet Underground, as well as newer bands such as Stereolab, High Llamas, Cornelius, and Yo La Tengo.
The band has released several albums and EPs on various indie labels around the world and appeared on numerous compilation albums since their formation.
