With three successful full-length albums and two EP’s behind him, Stoned Mazes (main project of The Magnus Effect) has gained respect as a confident and integral member of the Mexico City underground music scene as a one-man act.
Having only two years of serious musical experience, the 24-year-old manages to fully integrate the hazy residue of an absent father with the vibrancy of Latino culture and the blossoming LGBTQ community. Conjuring a storm of extreme emotions ranging from love and heartbreak to addiction and disease, Stoned Mazes drowns his listeners in the truth of reality in all its beauty and despair. He hopes to illuminate the stage with all of these complexities and intricacies later this year.
