Half the Animal steps up with a wholly cool video for their high-energy song, “Hi Lo.” The song successfully delivers the nervous feelings of anxiety we all experience at times with some cool rhythm backgrounds, strong vocals and a driving rhythm. The video punctuates this sentiment with a colorful, minimalist juxtaposition of our younger fears and our daily battles.
The band shares, “The balance of happy versus sad and the fight between the voices in your head are something I’ve dealt with for a while now. This is a play on that and how it looks and feels. So happy that Jade Risser and Jade Ehlers plus the amazing choreographer Kayla Kalbfleisch saw the vision and brought it to life.”
The video also features Dance Moms dancer Elliana Walmsley and dancer Jaxon Willard.
